2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons minced green onion, with some green tops
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Salad greens, optional

In a large bowl, combine chicken with mayonnaise, sour cream, grapes, green onions, celery, pecans, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve on salad greens, if desired. For sandwiches, line sandwich rolls with lettuce leaves and fill with chicken salad.
